Egbert Schram Managing Director of the Hofstede Centre and itim international.Dutch-Frisian by birth, Egbert has worked in a.o. Belgium, Germany, Russia, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Finland, where he currently lives.
He has close to 10 years’ experience on International HRD and guides tens of consultants, trainers and coaches in realizing organisational and personal development projects.
