Program Qualifications:1. The sum of the acres of the following BASF product purchases determines your reward acreage range

level. A minimum of 240 acres is required. Inoculants: HISTICK® N/T, and HISTICK PRO. Herbicides: ARMEZON®, ASSIGNMENT®, BANVEL® II, BASAGRAN®, BASAGRAN FORTE, CLEAN SWEEP®, CONQUEST® LQ, DISTINCT®, ERAGON®, ERAGON LQ, FRONTIER® MAX, INTEGRITY®, MARKSMAN®, OPTILL®, POAST® ULTRA, PROWL® H2O, and PURSUIT®. Fungicides: CARAMBA®, HEADLINE®, LANCE®, PRIAXOR®, and TWINLINE®.

2. Product purchase must consist of a minimum of two (2) qualifying BASF products (“Qualifying Products”), each with a minimum purchase of 40 acres. Each additional Qualifying Product purchased (each with a minimum purchase of 40 acres), up to a maximum of five (5) Qualifying Products, will increase the reward percentage. Refer to the chart in #3 under “Program Qualifications”. Qualifying Products include: Inoculants: HISTICK N/T. Herbicides: ARMEZON, ASSIGNMENT, BASAGRAN FORTE, CLEAN SWEEP, CONQUEST LQ, DISTINCT, ERAGON LQ, FRONTIER MAX, INTEGRITY, MARKSMAN, OPTILL, PROWL H2O, and PURSUIT. Fungicides: CARAMBA, HEADLINE, LANCE, PRIAXOR, and TWINLINE. By way of example, if a grower purchases 60 acres of INTEGRITY + 80 acres of ARMEZON + 160 acres of PRIAXOR, they are qualified for the program. If a grower purchases 60 acres of INTEGRITY + 80 acres of ARMEZON they do not qualify for the program as they do not meet the minimum acre requirements.

3. To determine your rebate percentage on all inoculant, herbicide and fungicide product purchases: (i) add up the total product purchase acres from the products listed in #1 under “Program Qualifications”; (ii) add up the number of Qualifying Products purchased from the products listed in #2 under “Program Qualifications”; and (iii) refer to the chart below for the corresponding rebate percentage. By way of example, if total BASF product purchase acres total 2,400 acres, and the number of Qualifying Products purchased is 3, the rebate percentage would be 5%.

4. All rebate calculations will be based on a Suggested Retail Price (SRP) in Eastern Canada multiplied by the corresponding rebate percentage. Retailers have complete autonomy to determine the resale pricing for the products described herein and may choose to sell such products at prices which are different from those suggested by BASF.

Action Packed Offer:1. Growers will receive an additional $3.33 per acre rebate when they purchase matching acres of

FRONTIER MAX and CONQUEST LQ and/or FRONTIER MAX and CLEAN SWEEP.2. The $3.33 per acre rebate is limited to the matching acres of FRONTIER MAX and CONQUEST LQ and/or
