ABOUT THE DATAStitch Labs examined over 10 million orders from more than 3,000 small and medium-sized businesses. This data set includes orders placed with currency in USD. Only businesses that had orders for the duration of a calendar year were included for historical holiday data. Only businesses that had orders since Oct 1, 2015 were included in 2015 data.

The Holiday Season is defined as November 1 to December 31. Thanksgiving Weekend is defined as Thanksgiving Day November 26 through Cyber Monday November 30. Typical is defined as the median value for the given dataset.
