“We signed up for Go Girls for social interaction outside of school. The greatest benet aside from the exercise is that she has met some awesome, kind, and supportive girls she looks forward to seeing. We’ve raved about it so much that three more friends joined. Debby is able to inspire and keep order while staying positive and encouraging. There are a variety of fun exercises It’s a great tness option for kids not in team sports. Safe for the Summer Stay safe around the pool this summer

BE PROACTIVE.

FOLLOW OUR TOP 5 SAFETY RULES

EVEN CAUTIOUS PARENTS FORGETNever leave your “strong swimmer” in one area while watching your “weak” swimmer in another. All children need to be watched.Do not rely on lifeguards to supervise your child. YOU are ultimately responsible for the safety of you and your children.Drowning is quick and it is silent. If in doubt, help a child out!For best protection and to keep our water clear, apply sunscreen at least 20 minutes before entering the water.

1. All children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult in the pool, hot tub, and baby pool. The adult must be within 20 feet of the child. 2. Only Coast Guard Approved life vests are permitted. Children under the age of 14 with a life vest must be accompanied by an adult in the water. 3. Use age-designated locker rooms. Kids16 years and older use adult locker rooms, 15 years and younger use youth locker rooms.4. Double diaper children who are not “potty trained”. This means a swim diaper underneath a rubber reusable swim diaper.5. Listen to our Lifeguards.

Introduce your children to water safety early. Register for swim lessons!

Coast Guard approved life vests are now allowed for use in the pool. Any child under the age of 14 wearing a life vest must be accompanied in the water by an adult.
