Porta Potty Elite billed for handicap unit as well as $250 in damages due to about 1.5 inch hole drill vandalism. CLAA was responsible and could buy insurance in future. GN asked membership if CLAA should do porta potty next winter. This was 3rd year of potty in winter. Andover paid for first year. Elite said minimally used.
Action: GN to ask Elite for insurance cost. Membership seems in favor of port potty if not given such an extra cost.

2015 EWM treatment, assessment and update
Lake Restoration did treatment June 24. Treatment was for 26.3 acres (of 100 acres total) because of the sites and where they are located, we got close to a whole lake treatment (each site will bleed off into the areas around it). CROOKED LAKE LVMP:
• Allows for a variance to state statute - herbicide control beyond 15% limit
• Sets goals for invasive aquatic plant mgmt • Includes monitoring requirements • Involves partners: CLAA, CCWD, DNR • Expires in 5 years
Lake Restoration invoice received at $ 3971.30 for 26.3 acres @ $151/acre. Cost is shared by Cities of Coon Rapids and Andover. CLAA pays for spring delineation report and fall point intercept report. Lake Restoration will survey their treatment response next week. In fall CLAA is required by LVMP to do point intercept report. GN mentioned that in 2016 Crooked Lake will do two lake treatments. One for Curly Leaf Pondweed (CLP) likely in May and one for Eurasian Water Milfoil (EWM) likely in June.
