In 1984, as an apprentice model-maker, I first entered the exciting and challenging field of Research and Development. After years of perfecting my craft, I found ALLJACK in 1997, serving numerous ID & ME designers worldwide. As a result of the global nature of the company, I have had the privilege of traveling worldwide, helping me to develop a global vision for the company in terms of aesthetics, regional nuances, and culturally-appropriate design. I take an active role in discussions with designers, knowing that tastes and design preferences vary from country to country, and region to region. My personal hobby of continuously studying new techniques, and my attention to time and health management, help me to excel in the operation of the organization.
2014 was a year of reformation for ALLJACK. With the support of over one hundred prototyping specialists, I created a brand-new ALLJACK, one with the aim of fostering quality engineering technicians and managers, while maintaining a focus on sustainable development and design. During this time, along with our service of 3D model making, ALLJACK formed a strategic alliance with EIKOH in Japan, providing unprecedented levels of the prototyping and tooling of medical parts, as well as automobile and motorcycle parts.
The new ALLJACK is, without a doubt, the best partner for the future. We welcome designers from the world over to visit our state-of the-art factory to stay updated on our manufacturing capability.

To ensure that all of the products that we produce
have only the highest levels of precision and
accuracy, ALUACK has integrated a state-of-the-art,
high-speed, five-axis CNC machine. This precision
CNC Turning Miller Center technology is aerospace
and automobile/motorcycle-grade.
Our machines are operated at a constant temperature
of 20±2°( and constant humidity of (45±10)%;
there are professionally maintained 24 hours a day,
7 days a week, 365 days a year. This machine
ensures the high level of precision required by
automation robot arms and by CNC equipment
for mass-quantity production. Standard tolerance
within less than ±0.01 - ± 0.005 mm is strictly
observed for all finished products.

Quality Control: At the ALLJACK CNC workshop, precision 2D and 3D measuring apparatus, as well as our various testing tools, are skillfully applied to control the accuracy of part dimensions. The ALUACK Assembly Team
The immaculate quality and perfect finish of our models can be attributed to the ALUACK assembly team being interwoven with our engineering project teams. Based on your CMF specifications, our engineers plan the model structure, part drawings, and finish tolerances, then meticulously examine each piece to ensure that the product is absolutely consistent with the specifications.
Atter each stage of the process, real-time validation is performed using confidential pictures taken at our secure, on-site photo studio. After each part of the model has passed our rigorous examination process, models are skillfully assembled by our expert assembly team, and then carefully packaged to ensure expedient delivery in perfect condition.
Our CMF System
At ALUACK we can accurately reproduce any color in our state-of-the-art, Class lOK clean room. Our skilled ALLJACK color specialists can successfully reproduce any color from the world-renowned color authority - Pantone; we can also reproduce colors using samples. Samples provided to us will undergo a thorough inspection under tungsten and natural lighting, prior to implementation, to ensure both color accuracy and color stability.
We have a fully equipped CMF lab, giving us the ability to create or match any color, for any material. We can also provide a variety of gloss levels or surface treatments on-demand. Once the color creating process has been completed, we ship a sample overnight - direct to our customer's doorstep - for approval.
In addition to the sample requested, ALUACK will also include a gradient color sample displaying the upper and lower-limit color ranges, giving our customers an increased level of creative control prior to production.

At ALLJACK we have established our own Material and Finishing Collection. Our collection combines the latest in techniques, colors, materials, and finishing processes, and presents them in an easy to understand format, boosting the clarity and efficiency of our communication with our customers.
Using our self-created system we have the ability to create custom material and finish combinations with our customers, giving them unique advantages in their industries. Any custom creations are kept in the strictest confidence and are absolutely never disclosed to a third-party.
