Order confirmations will be sent by fax or email. Contact usIf you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours.it is the distributors responsibility to contact Impact ActionGolf immediately with any discrepancies. Verbal orders are notaccepted by telephone. Please send all orders via fax or email.

Please provideartwork in black & white only, no color, half-tones or grayscalesIf artwork provided needs typesetting changes, touch-ups,reconstruction or does not meet our specifications, we reservethe right to modify artwork and charge $60.00(A) per hour.Minimum charge of 1 hour.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.First orders are prepayment only. Net 30 days upon creditapproval. Allow 3-4 weeks for credit approval process.Finance charge applicable to previous months unpaid balancewill be applied at a rate of 1.5% per month, corresponding to an annual percentage rate of 18%. We may require a 50% deposit for orders greater than $1,000.00. We require a minimumof $1000.00 of purchases per year to maintain open accountstatus. If account remains inactive for more than 12 months, open account terms will revert to prepayment status.If established terms are not respected, open account status will be revoked and all future orders will be on prepaymentterms only. All orders are considered firm, and cannot be canceled without approval from Impact Action Golf. All cancellations or changes must be in writing. Phone cancellations are notacceptable. Upon receiving a cancellation, a $20.00(G) charge will apply in addition to cost of set up, artwork,including all material produced and packaged.Ordering samples is recommended for presentation ofconstruction and material quality. Impact Action will make noadjustment on any merchandise unless prior arrangementshave been made with the distributor. Merchandise will be refused at distributor’s expense if shipment is returned withoutprior consent of Impact Action Golf.

The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon arrivaland shall, within 7 days of arrival, give written notice of anyclaim that the goods do not conform with the terms of thecontract. If customer fails to give such notice, the goods shallbe deemed to conform with the terms of the contract in full.The customer expressly waives any rights to revoke acceptanceafter such 7-day period. Authorizations to return merchandisemust be pre-obtained. Merchandise will be refused atdistributor’s expense if shipment is returned without priorconsent of Impact Action Golf. Samples must accompany anyclaim.

Plates

Every effort will be made to ship exact quantity. However, wereserve the right to ship over/under up to 5% of quantity ordered.

We reserve all rights to plates and their usage. Plates will remainon file for a period of two years.

Colors are matched as closely as possible using Pantone colors.Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Production time begins when: -Credit has been established or payment received.-Artwork proof has been approved & signed by customer.-Ship date is approved by Impact Action Golf.

We reserve the right to charge a rush charge for any rush order.We will make every effort to ship orders on time. During peakproduction times a rush charge may be applied to meet thein-hand date. Minimum Rush Charge $31.25(G).

Reorders

Ship Date

Estimated ship date on order confirmation will be subject to changedepending on current production schedule. If order has aspecific “In Hands” date, it is the responsibility of the distributor to note this clearly on the purchase order and the appropriateship date will be scheduled accordingly. If shipping method isnot specified, Impact Action Golf reserves the right to ship bywhatever means necessary to meet “In Hands” date at thedistributors expense.

All orders ship F.O.B. Factory, unless specified otherwise. Factorymakes every effort to meet requested ship date. We cannot beheld responsible if delivery is delayed by carrier. Orders are sentfreight prepaid via UPS Ground. All orders sent freight collector on third party accounts will be charged a handling fee - UPS $6.25(G)per order, FedEx express $10.00(G) per order.FedEx Ground not available. Split shipments: $4.00(G) for eachsplit shipment. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address willincur additional charges.
