Old Jaffa is an awesome maze of architectural delights, small galleries and studios, and quaint eateries. While Tel Aviv offers a somewhat European flavor, there’s no mistaking the Middle East atmosphere and vibe in Old Jaffa. The tour continues to the Ilana Goor Museum, which stands on a hill in Old Jaffa, and constitutes an architectural pearl and a work of art in itself with its unique view of the Mediterranean Sea. The Museum experience allows visitors to depart on a fascinating journey which starts in the 18th century. The Museum's works of art include paintings, sculptures, video art, ethnic art, antiques, and drawings as well as design items mostly handpicked by Goor, who also serves as the collector and curator of the museum. The last stop is a family home in the Ajami neighborhood of Jaffa: The Hiffawi family. The host, Mrs. Doris Hiffawi, will let visitors taste homemade Arabic coffee served with traditional oriental patisserie. Full day tour: Modern and Ancient Jerusalem

From 08:00 to 17:00 Pre tour on Monday May 16th or Post tour on Friday May 20th 08:00 Depart from Tel Aviv Hotel Start the day at the Israel Museum, famous for its iconic Shrine of the Book structure, which resembles the lids of the jars in which the 2,000-year-old Dead Sea Scrolls it housed were discovered. Lunch at the Mahane Yehuda Market, representing the best of the best of market flavors and scents, cheeses, pastries and sweets.

After lunch, visitors will enter the Walled City through the Roman Cardo, the ancient Roman and Byzantine main street, to reach the Jewish Quarter and the Western Wall, the most sacred site in Judaism. The tour will continue on Via Dolorosa through the Muslim and Christian quarters to the Holy Sepulcher. Free time for shopping at the Souk of the Old City. Full day tour: Masada & Dead Sea From 08:00 to 17:00

Pre tour on Monday May 16th & Post tour on Friday May 20th 08:00 Depart from Tel Aviv Hotel Drive through the moonscape Judean Desert down to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth (almost 400 meters below sea level). The tour passes by the Qumran Caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Then visit Masada, King Herod’s desert fortress-palace and last stronghold of the Jewish zealots against Roman domination in 73 CE. Masada became a famous landmark after the first Jewish-Roman war when a siege of the fortress by troops of the Roman Empire led to a mass suicide of the site's Jewish Sicarii fugitives when defeat became imminent. Ascend by cable car to the top of the mountain. Lunch will be hosted at Dead Sea Beach followed by an afternoon of floating and pampering. Enjoy the mineral waters and pools and take a curative mud bath. Includes a presentation on Dead Sea Products. 2 Days / 1 Night tour: WESTERN & EASTERN GALILEE Pre tour from May 15th to 16th & Post tour from May 20th to 21st Day 1 – Sunday, May 15: Caesarea & Haifa 08:00 Depart from Tel Aviv Hotel Drive north along the coastal road to Caesarea, the ancient Roman capital and port; enjoy a walking tour of the theatre and the archaeological ruins and excavations. Then proceed to the beautiful Carmel Mountain town of Zichron Ya’akov. The tour includes a visit to the Lavido factory shop and visitor’s center, a natural skincare company focused on the use of organic oils. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about therapeutic herbs and oils and discover their unique qualities. Lavido experts will offer a lecture on natural cosmetics and healthy lifestyles, a demonstration of manufacturing processes, as well as a variety of workshops. The tour will continue with a stroll on the beautiful Zichron Ya’akov promenade where visitors will enjoy lunch at one of the terrific restaurants. In the afternoon, visit Somek winery where you will meet with a woman winemaker and have a wine tasting. Stopover in Haifa, the largest harbor in Israel, with a breathtaking panoramic view of Haifa Bay and the Western Galilee from the summit of Mount Carmel. Day 2 – Monday, May 16: Acre & Tiberias

Drive to Acre where we will discover the old Crusader underground city. This city was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001 and was one of the region's most important cities in ancient times. Acre still holds remnants of the Crusaders, the Ottomans, and Napoleon, who once tried to conquer this walled city.

The tour will continue to the Lake of Tiberias, also named Sea of Galilee, with a stop at Tabgha to visit the Church of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fishes to discover its 4th century mosaic floor. Tour includes a St. Peter Fish lunch. Next visit Capernaum, the town reported to have been the home of Jesus and visit the ruins of an ancient synagogue and St. Peter’s home. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Sea of Galilee from the Mount of Beatitudes. Return to Tel Aviv.
