TSI for Rheumatology – Joint Exam (simple)
• 2016 enhancements include: o New Joint Exam options: 42, 44, 76 (previously all), and Individual. o New template layout for easier viewing of Joint Exam findings. o New field for Joint Exam Comments which will upload to the Physical Exam summary grid. o Updated Homunculus Man images. o Joint Exam & Musculoskeletal Exam Linking:
§ Documenting a joint as non-‐tender and non-‐swollen will no longer mark it as “normal” on the Musculoskeletal Physical Exam.
§ Documenting a body part as “normal” on the Musculoskeletal Exam will still mark it as non-‐tender and non-‐swollen on the Joint Exam (unless this setting is disabled on the TSI for Rheumatology -‐ Configuration template).
o Selecting the "Individual" joint exam will suppress the "all joints normal" statement and instead list each of the individual joint(s) that are marked as non-‐tender, non-‐swollen, or both in the Normal Joint summary field.
o New configuration options: § Clients can now set default joint exam to 28, 42, 44, 76 or Individual on a practice level. § Clients can now choose to unlink Musculoskeletal Physical Exam normal findings from

TSI for Rheumatology – PT Order
• 2016 enhancements include: o New checkbox for “Internal Referral” for Meaningful Use compliance
§ Referrals to internal Physicial Therapists do not count towards the Meaningful Use requirement for Health Information Exchange. To prevent internal PT orders from negatively affecting your MU reports, staff should check the internal referral checkbox in situations where the patient is referred to an internal PT with access to the patients EHR record.
o New checkbox for “Continuity of Care Record Sent”**
**Please note: CCD/CCR’s cannot be sent electronically from the PT Order Template. To send the patient record electronically via Direct messaging the staff has two options:
• Option 1. Document the PT Order on this template, then navigate to the Medical Summary Utility to send the record electronically.
• Option 2. Use this template only to document internal PT referrals or referrals to PT’s that do not have direct messaging. Use the referral order template to document referrals to PT’s that have direct messaging.

TSI for Rheumatology -‐ Infusion Order
• New configuration options for 2016: o Ability to configure alerts for specific drug orders (alerts will display to the user at the time of
ordering). o Ability to setup default Other Medications (pre-‐meds) with specific drug orders. o Ability to specify a unit of measurement other than “mg” for drug orders where free-‐text dosage
is used. (Previously, the free-‐text default was mg and the user could not change it.) o These settings can be configured on *TSI for Rheumatology – Configuration practice template.
*Infusions – RHE
• 2016 enhancements include: o Enlarged Infusion Orders grid for easier viewing.
o “Pre Infusion Screening” text will now change color if data has been entered.
o Billing:
§ Billing data will now auto-‐populate based on documented infusion drugs and infusion time.
§ Submit charges to EPM with one click (Submit button).
