Dear Parents,Attached is an application for your child to become a RUSH Student Leader. This is a great opportunity for your child to serve which is one of our commitments in JW Kids and at Jacob’s Well. It is our greatest desire that through this challenge your child will grow closer to Jesus.

The commitments are as follows:

• A once a month meeting with the team which will be every 2nd Sunday afternoon from 12:30pm to 2:30pm at the church.

• Serve on weekends as needed as well as signing up to serve in an area they desire.

• Throughout the year they will be given opportunities to serve by doing dramas, black lights, worship etc. which may require additional practice times. These times will be scheduled for Sunday afternoons as well.

• BE AN EXAMPLE at church, school, and home.

Applications are due by September 4, 2016. The first RUSH meeting will be held at Jacob’s Well on September 11, 2016. This will be a Parent/Student meeting. You will be notified of the details of this meeting via the email you provide.

To be a RUSH Student Leader, you must be a Christian student who is in the 5th Grade. You must be willing to work as a team, attend church on a regular basis, follow directions, and of course, be able to have FUN! The fun comes as you get to work as part of a team.
