Week #2: January 14, 2018:

Fielding / Rundowns / Ground Balls, Fielding Bunts,

Infield Position Specifics

Running: Form, Starts

Week #3: January 21, 2018:

Outfield Specifics:

Stance, Catching Fly Balls, Drop Step, Fence Drill

Running: Form and lead-offs

Week #4: January 28, 2018:

Hitting Stance, Hitting technique, various hitting drills.

Running: Form, starts, and Tag-ups

Week #5: February 4, 2018:

Review of previous skills: Throwing, Bunting, Hitting,

Fielding, and Baserunning

Running: Form. And Sliding

*Pitchers and Catchers Clinic:

6:00-7:30 PM

Location: Lincoln High School B Gym

*Catchers need to bring full gear if possible, as we have only a

limited amount of gear available for player use.

*Due to liability issues, parents will be asked to wait outside of

the gym during the clinic.

*Pitching instruction will be based on individual pitchers’ current

fundamental status.
