What do BMI Clients say?

“In the last 24 months we have hired four former JMOs or senior NCOs, two have been promoted, one was awarded a position on dayshift, and one has been selected for a senior leadership development program. The leadership and decision making ability sets these people apart. They don't over-react when things go wrong, and in a crisis they always step forward to make a difference. No company should go totally military, but every company should have these types of leaders within their talent pool.” - Dial Corporation

“Out of eight interviews, we are initially moving forward and conducting follow-up interviews with six candidates. Candidate quality far exceeded expectations at this point.” - Coca-Cola Enterprises

“Hats Off to Bradley-Morris! Great job finding us just the right candidates! We will definitely be repeat customers!” - Tennessee Valley Authority

“The ConferenceHire event was seamless in my experience. The pre-screening process helped us optimize our time with the candidates. Our Bradley-Morris Account Representative is knowledgeable about the hiring process, willing to go the extra mile for clients, and is very supportive of applicants.” - Westinghouse

“I came to our BMI Account Representative only a couple of days before both the Atlanta and Norfolk hiring events. He and his team took care of everything for us and made the trip and the interviewing process very efficient and pleasurable. Most importantly, we identified strong candidates that we are pursuing for full-time positions.” - Roche

“When we look for ‘leadership’ candidates, this is the place to look.” - GE Supply Logistics

“Another great event - candidate quality is spectacular.” - Con-way

“We have had such great experiences with the candidates we have hired from Bradley-Morris since 2003. The people we have hired have been solid performers and gotten along well within our company. Thank you for all your help.” - ComSonics
