Because children are constantly going from inside to outside and because the crystalline lens is not fully developed allowing for more light to enter the eye, a lens that blocks 100% of UV rays is important to preserving their eye health now and in future years. Crizal® No-Glare lenses correct and protect children’s vision everywhere – from the playground to the classroom, so they are better able to focus and learn. Crizal No-Glare lenses offer the best combination of clarity, durability and cleanability with the most comprehensive UV protection. Crizal® Prevencia® No-Glare lenses offer all the benefits of Crizal No-Glare lenses and help reduce up to 20% of Harmful Blue Light*, which children are exposed to in ever-increasing amounts due to the growing usage of electronic devices. Combine with Eyezen™+ Enhanced Single Vision Lenses and Transitions® Adaptive Lenses® for even more protection against Harmful Blue Light.

Eyezen™+ enhanced single vision lenses are digitally surfaced and optimized to a patient’s Rx to provide outstanding distance vision. All Eyezen+ designs include the Smart Blue Filter™ feature, which reduces exposure to Harmful Blue Light by at least 20%.**

The new Eyezen+ 0 design is recommended for patients under 18 years of age, while Eyezen+ 1, 2, and 3 designs are recommended for patients that need accommodative relief to help defend against digital eye strain.

*Harmful Blue Light is the blue-violet wavelengths between 415-455nm on the light spectrum believed most toxic to retinal cells.
