Checking in:

Arriving in enough time to check in and receive your tournament package is important. This is where you will receive your Dunlop racquet, shirt, and take your welcome photo . If you have not yet paid for your entry fee, this will need to be finalized before you play at the check in desk located on the squash floor next to the courts.

The check in desk will be open on

Saturday 8am to 9pm.

Photos: Show us your Gameface!

All players will get their “Game Face” photo taken upon entry. This will be our gift to you as your keepsake. You will take this photo when you first arrive with your racquet and if you win with your trophy on Sunday! One week after the event you will receive an email from us with a link and password for you to download your photos. Each event we pick the best “Game Face” and they get a prize!

Photo times:

Saturday- 8am to 9pm

Sunday- Champion Photos

Match Times: Be on time!

If you are more than 15 min late for your match you will receive a default for your match. Please arrive in enough time to check in, stretch and be on court at your start time. We strive to keep the event on time and we need you to do your part too. Also we do not change main draw times. Please be prepared to play at your scheduled time including your finals.

**Stretch before and after all matches to avoid injury. If you become injured, let one of our staff know right away.

Consolation Matches:

If you have lost your first match (ok, we are sorry), please see Franz Schwerer to get your consolation matches scheduled. He will work with you and your partner schedule this for you. Consolation matches are more flexible than the main draw schedule.

Food and Socials:

All food will be served in the event center located across from the courts. Please ensure that you use your player’s pass when entering this room. EBOOST will be available court-side. Please help us keep the courts clean for all players by placing your trash in the cans when you are done. Food goes fast, so make sure to be there on time. Food is also for players who have entered the event, so you will need your player’s pass. Please understand that we have provided food for you, so friends and guests will not be allowed food service.

• Saturday: 9am to 11am breakfast 1pm to 2pm lunch by Kona Grill • Sunday: 9am to 11am breakfast Who Refs?

All losers of matches must ref the next match on the court you played on. Once your match is over, please take the ref clipboard and be ready for the next game. If you have referring questions, please ask one of our event staff for assistance. All ref sheets are turned into the check in desk when you are done. Make sure they are completed correctly.

Refs during your match:

Please ensure you are knowledgeable on all rules of the game, especially the difference between a “Let” and a “Stroke”. Do not argue with a ref and if you are a watching a match, never interfere with a ref’s calls.

Proper court wear:

This is a Life Time Tour event and eyewear is recommended by all players for all matches to wear. Clean squash court shoes must be worn as well.

Hey I am a Spectator.. what about me?

Yes you may bring your friends and family to watch but please remember, drinks and food are for players only. Also make sure your party knows the proper way to watch a match. When matches are in play don’t walk across the glass wall…wait until the point is over before crossing.
