Objectives Upon completion of the course, the participant will be able to :

Apply the relevant safety precautions

Identify and apply aircraft technical documentation

Name, identify and locate aircraft system components

Perform normal operation of aircraft systems

Perform the servicing and ground handling

Perform system operational tests and on-board maintenance system supported tests

Carry out routine thorough visual inspections

Describe component removal / installation procedures unique to the aircraft type

Determine aircraft airworthiness in accordance with MEL/CDL, and explain maintenance procedures according to the minimum equipment list (MEL)

The content of the theoretical difference training element complies with the requirements defined in the related document for Certifying Staff. The trainee receives difference training on related systems and must demonstrate by knowledge examination a detailed understanding of those systems on which he/she received difference training.

Target Group Maintenance Certifying Technicians – Mechanics and Avionics- who are holders of a basic license

or equivalent and seek type qualification on the A320 aircraft equipped with IAE V2500 engines. Number of participants Recommended Maximum: 12 Prerequisites It is recommended for the trainees to be familiar with turbine powered transport aircraft and digital

electronic equipment, and to have the knowledge and experience required for maintaining turbine powered transport aircraft. Trainees should be able to read, write and communicate at an understandable level in English language. Note: Refer to relevant authority for any requirement to endorse the type rating on the license.

Trainees must be qualified on the source aircraft. They must demonstrate the endorsement of that type on their license or the certificate of ATA 104 level 3 course completion of the relevant course category on the source aircraft. For Practical Training EASA 147 & CCAR 147 Certificate, the trainees must demonstrate 6 months of practical experience on Gas Turbine Powered Aircraft of more than 5.7 Tons in the last 12 months.

Objectives Upon completion of this difference course, the trainee shall have acquired the additional knowledge

and skills which complement the related knowledge, skills learned and experience gained on A320 CFM56 Family aircraft, so that they may safely maintain A320 Family aircraft equipped with IAE V2500 engines in a reliable and airworthy condition.

requirements in paragraphs 21.1.145 and 21.1.245 of Part-21, 145.1.30 and 145.1.35 of part-145 and M.A.706 of Part-M with respect to EWIS for EASA. For the FAA these requirements are covered in Sections 121.375 and 129.14 of 14CFR. As the training will be presented on a generic level, an additional introduction into the real application for the aircraft types in use will be added by the customer in a classroom session.

Human Factors within Aviation Maintenance Organisations, through the medium of an active review of an entire Human Factors training course.

The aim of MHF training is to increase safety, quality and efficiency in aircraft maintenance operations by reducing human error and its impact on maintenance activities. The course syllabus fully covers the MHF training requirements for EASA 145 compliant engineering organisations. The 'Train the Trainer' course covers theoretical aspects of MHF training with relevant references to (OACI/ EASA) and examination of human factor related maintenance incidents and accidents.

The course utilises video footage, case studies and investigation board reports. The course develops practical skills including instructional techniques, facilitation, critique and feedback. Throughout the course we promote an awareness of our behavioural attitudes to improve and develop communication and interpersonal relationships with all those involved in the aviation system. The training addresses the nature of your company's operations and procedures, which produce particular difficulties and unusual hazards.

Target Group This course is aimed at airlines and maintenance organisations wishing to train their own Human
