Maintenance Certifying Technicians – Mechanics and Avionics, who are holders of a type qualification on A320 aircraft series equipped with CFM 56 engines.
The content of the theoretical difference training element complies with the requirements defined in the related document for Certifying Staff. The trainee receives difference training on related systems and must demonstrate by knowledge examination a detailed understanding of those systems on which he/she received difference training.
Target Group Maintenance Certifying Technicians – Mechanics and Avionics- who are holders of a basic license
or equivalent and seek type qualification on the A320 aircraft equipped with IAE V2500 engines. Number of participants Recommended Maximum: 12 Prerequisites It is recommended for the trainees to be familiar with turbine powered transport aircraft and digital
electronic equipment, and to have the knowledge and experience required for maintaining turbine powered transport aircraft. Trainees should be able to read, write and communicate at an understandable level in English language. Note: Refer to relevant authority for any requirement to endorse the type rating on the license.
Trainees must be qualified on the source aircraft. They must demonstrate the endorsement of that type on their license or the certificate of ATA 104 level 3 course completion of the relevant course category on the source aircraft. For Practical Training EASA 147 & CCAR 147 Certificate, the trainees must demonstrate 6 months of practical experience on Gas Turbine Powered Aircraft of more than 5.7 Tons in the last 12 months.

The course syllabus fully covers the MHF training requirements for EASA 145 compliant engineering organisations.
