Rude Parrot IPA is brewed with Vienna, light Crystal, a touch of Honey malt and hopped with Simcoe and Citra. A big juicy, tropical fruit, citrusy hop aroma yields to an off dry, pleasantly bitter finish. 5.9% ABV 75 IBUWater Chopper Gose is brewed with malted white wheat and German Pilsner malt, fermented with Lactobacillus and our house ale strain, San Juan Island sea salt, and a pinch of coriander. Yellow Wolf Imperial IPA- With over 100 IBUs Yellow Wolf has enough eye-popping intensity to satisfy even the most ardent hop heads. Mai Oh Maibock is named in honor of Mariners announcer Dave Niehause’s classic exclamation. Cosmic Dreams IPA is a medium body beer with fresh squeezed grapefruit at the core. A heavy handed use of oats in the mash creates a lush, silky mouth feel. 5.6% ABV 84 IBUBarrel Aged Frances Farmer is a rustic saison fermented and aged in red wine barrels for 12 months. Grange Farmhouse Ale shows our love of malt that crept into a saison recipe. It’s different and unique with toast and biscuit flavors that lay the foundation for clean bitterness, and a spicy, peppery finish. ABV 5.8%No Whey Bro-Sour Blonde Ale is the lemonade of beers. The beer’s mild tartness is created by a blend of Lactobacillus bacteria. Dry hops (Ekuanot and Mosaic) add tropical and citrus fruit to the tangy aroma.
