AccuPAP™

The AccuPAP by Curaplex® Positive Airway Pressure device is an innovative

treatment option used to provide positive airway pressure during lung volume

expansion therapy. Indicated for the prevention and treatment of atelectasis,

AccuPAP can aid in reducing air trapping in asthma and/or COPD patients as

well as optimize delivery of bronchodilator medications.

Unlike other positive airway pressure devices, AccuPAP is designed with both

the clinician and the patient in mind. Simply connect the device to a flow meter,

set the flow meter to 10 lpm, adjust the pressure valve to the desired pressure

and instruct the patient to breath normally. AccuPAP delivers consistent,

accurate pressures, whether as a standalone treatment or while delivering

aerosol medications, and because the pressure valve is clearly marked, no

manometer is necessary. With AccuPAP, you can help your patients reach their

tidal volume goals in less time and with less hassle!

DynamicPEP™ is characterized by a gradual rising pressure which

enlarges the bronchial walls followed by a sudden pressure drop.

Viscous mucus cannot follow these fast movements and is shed

from the bronchial walls.

Effective Medication Delivery

When clinically indicated, medication can be aerosolized and delivered to

the peripheral airways in conjunction with OPEP therapy. On exhalation,

PEP promotes the opening of the lower airways while mobilizing secretions.

placed directly within the ventilator circuit, reducing the need to open the circuit

or introduce excess dead space into the system. The valve opens when the

nebulizer is inserted and closes when the nebulizer is removed. The single-patient

POM® - Panoramic Oxygen Mask®

The Panoramic Oxygen Mask (POM) is a versatile multi-port capnography mask that allows

most types of scopes, probes and tubes to be inserted through the mask and enter the nose

or mouth while maintaining a high percentage of oxygen delivered to the patient. It maximizes

oxygen delivery and provides end tidal capnography monitoring for increased patient safety.

Enhanced patient safetyThe POM provides accurate EtCo2 readings, allowing clinicians

to intervene proactively in real time, while providing nearly

twice the Fi02 of standard EtCo2 cannulas, reducing the risk of

hypoxia during gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures.3

Single device, two stylesThe POM can easily be changed from a high concentration

mask to a medium concentration mask depending on the need.

There is a universal size inlet for the removal or insertion of

high concentration and medium concentration adaptors.

AdaptabilityThere are two anatomically-placed modifiable membranes

(entry points) on the POM, providing optimal access to the

patient. The anatomically placed entry points are easily

modified to accommodate the clinician’s device of choice.

Panoramic viewThe POM allows for an unobstructed, 360 degree view of the

Patients are subject to increased risk for hypoxia during gastrointestinal

endoscopic procedures.1 During induced sedation, most patients suffer

compromised oxygen saturation, and in some cases, diminished oxygen saturation

levels are so significant that hypoxia or hypercapnia may follow. Supplemental

oxygenation during these procedures has proven to be the most successful

method for preventing hypoxia in gastrointestinal endoscopy.2

Eye ProtectorsCuraplex® eye protectors are rigid, clear, plastic protective covers used to shield the patients’ eyes during

surgical procedures. The eye protectors feature a non-allergenic, self-adhesive foam cushion to enable

quick and accurate application on the patient. The thick foam padding increases patient comfort even

when the patient is in prone position. The one-piece backing has “courtesy tabs” to assist with removal.

Curaplex eye protectors are latex free, sterile and single patient use. Made in the USA.
