Earthquake Relief Activities Monitoring ProgramThe Earth Quake Relief Activity Monitoring Program (EQRAMP) was to monitor the EQ relief support program conducted by the RISE Nepal and reporting on it. It also aims to understand the present scenario of the beneficiaries and identify their needs. The EQRAM program is also the preliminary survey for conducting GPF Programs and rapport building procedure with the local governmental bodies, NGOs, CBOs and community member in the beneficiary communities. The program was able to fulfill its objectives. Total of 193 shelters were monitored in the program.

Disaster Risk Reduction and Youth Capacity Building ProgramOn 8-12 August, 2016, workshop on Moral and Innovative Leadership was held for 12 students. The students learned leadership skills and Solar Power Auxiliary Relief Kiosk (SPARK). SPARK system training was given by Thrives Founder Brian Kam and his colleagues. He as well motivated the students to take ownership of their countrys problems and think of solutions and act on them. 1949 Youth were trained through youth leadership Academy with 42 programs at various academic institution260 Youths participated in the South Asian sub regional Youth forum APPDSA 2016 among them 53 youths were engaged in the disaster management cluster discussing and building projects on the 5 thematic areas of Policy, Youth Engagement, Social Entrepreneurship, Media & Awareness and Partnership & Collaboration
