Now, with the focus on the 2017/18 Premier League season, the Club are pleased to introduce their all-new Fox Memberships.

The new memberships come on the back of extensive research carried out by the Club during the 2016/17 season, and will see the Club reward loyalty while encouraging growth. As a result, the Club will operate only one membership tier from the 2017/18 season and going forward.

After looking at multiple options, the Club felt that one membership package was the best option for supporters, while providing members with a greater chance of receiving a match ticket for games at King Power Stadium.

The all-new and improved Fox Membership packages will also guarantee supporters are able to get closer to the Club they love, while receiving a host of benefits throughout the season. If that wasn’t enough, each Fox Member will also receive a limited edition membership pack tailored to their age band, and sent out with their membership card.

With the 2017/18 Premier League season on course to be an exciting affair, membership packages are set to be in high demand. Supporters are therefore encouraged to become a Fox Member as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

King Power Stadium saw many memorable moments during the 2016/17 season, from the players walking out as Premier League champions and Jamie Vardy’s first hat-trick for the Club; through to those unforgettable nights under the lights as the Foxes competed against some of Europe’s elite to reach the last eight in the Champions League.

Ahead of the 2017/18 the Club have revised the process for how Fox Members apply for match tickets. The changes are to align with the new Membership scheme, and will see Fox Members have two options for applying for match tickets.Fox Members can purchase a match ticket via:

PRIORITY APPLICATION SYSTEMTickets to 2017/18 Premier League games will be available to Fox Members via a Priority Application System, with Members rewarded for their loyalty, as well as how many points they accumulate during the season.

At the start of the 2017/18 season, Gold, Silver and City Fox Members from the 2016/17 season will be awarded the following points:

• GOLD: 15 points, plus 1 point for every Premier League home game they attended during the 2016/17 season*

• SILVER: 10 points, plus 1 point for every Premier League home game they attended during the 2016/17 season*

• CITY/INTERNATIONAL: 5 points, plus 1 point for every Premier League home game they attended during the 2016/17 season*

The points a Fox Member has accumulated will determine whether they are eligible to buy

tickets via the priority point process. Eligible supporters will be able to purchase tickets online at LCFCDirect.com, by calling the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) or by visiting the City Fanstore, during the sales period.

Tickets via this process are on a first-come-first-served basis, and those supporters unsuccessful via the priority points application process will be able to join the Club’s ticket ballot.

*Please note: To ensure points from the 2016/17 membership are carried over to

2017/18, the membership must be renewed before THURSDAY 31 AUGUST, 2017.

TICKET BALLOTThe ballot system will be luck of the draw which all Fox Members are eligible to enter once the ballot opens – dates of which will be announced via LCFC.com and the Club’s social media channels in due course.

When the ballot opens, Fox Members will need to enter by visiting the City Fanstore at King Power Stadium or online at LCFCDirect.com with all Fox Members who enter the ballot receiving an email confirming their entry. Once the ballot has closed, all supporters who have entered will receive an email advising them if they have been successful.

Fox Members who are successful via the ballot will need to call the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1), visit the City Fanstore or go online at LCFCDirect.com to buy their ticket.Please note: Through both processes, supporters who successfully get a match ticket will be awarded one priority point after the relevant fixture and these points can be used during the 2017/18 season.

AWAY TICKETSFor the 2017/18 season, the Club will reserve two percent of the away ticket allocation for Fox Members.

Members who wish to buy away tickets will be able to enter the Club’s ticket ballot (see above), and those who are successfully chosen at random will be contacted by the Club and provided with a deadline of when to buy their ticket.

Don’t let living overseas stop you from being more involved with the Club you love, become an International Fox Member and get closer to the action.Launched during the 2016/17 season to a great response, the Club are pleased to announce the International Fox Membership scheme will once again be available for Foxes fans overseas to join, for just £20 per year.

To further enhance your International Fox Memberships for the 2017/18 season, the Club are holding back a limited number of tickets for every Premier League game – which you will be able to enter a ballot to receive.

Dates of when the ballot opens and closes for each fixture will be announced in due course via LCFC.com and the Club’s social media channels, along with details on how to join the ballot.

Why did the memberships change?As a Club, we decided to embark on the change to memberships to ensure that Leicester City Football Club continues its supporter growth, while giving everybody the opportunity to come to football matches and have a fair chance of buying a ticket.The change in memberships also ensures that loyal supporters are still rewarded for their attendance, as well as giving first priority on purchasing match tickets.

How will the point system work for the start of the 2017/18 season?At the start of the 2017/18 season, Fox Members will start the season with a certain amount of points based on their membership status during the 2016/17 season. The points will work as follows:

• 2016/17 Gold Members will start the 2017/18 season with 15 points

• 2016/17 Silver Members will start the 2017/18 season with 10 points

• 2016/17 City/International Members will start the 2017/18 season with 5 points

In addition to those points, 2016/17 Fox Members will also be awarded a point for every Premier League home game they attended during the season.Please note: 2016/17 Members must renew before 31 August, 2017 for their points to be carried over.

What are the points used for?Points are used to determine whether a Fox Member qualifies to enter the priority points system to purchase the first batch of match tickets allocated to members. Those who don’t meet the points criteria for each fixture will have the opportunity to enter the ticket ballot.

How many tickets are available to Fox Members for each match?The number of tickets available for each match will vary, partly depending on how many tickets the visiting team take. The Club will make every effort to ensure the maximum number of tickets are made available for each fixture, with available tickets split equally between the priority points system and the ballot system.

When will I receive my Membership pack and card?If you purchase a membership between Wednesday 14 June and Wednesday 28 June, then your membership pack and card will be sent out the week commencing Monday 17 July.When memberships go back on sale on Tuesday 4 July, all new membership packs will be sent out weekly.Please note: Membership packs and membership cards will be sent out together.

I have been a Gold Member for the past two seasons and attended matches regularly, will I start the 2017/18 season with the same chance of buying a ticket as a new member?You will start the 2017/18 season with points based on your membership pack last year and also the amount of home matches you attended during the 2016/17 season. When home matches go on sale, they will be made available to Fox Members via the priority points system and the ballot.

I was a Season Ticket Holder for the 2016/17 season. However, this season I have opted to become a member. Will I start the new season with any points?You will start the season with 15 points, providing a membership is purchased before Thursday 31 August, 2017.

I was a Silver Fox Member during the 2016/17 season, but always missed out on opportunities to buy tickets for the ‘big matches’, in spite of attending other matches frequently. How will the new membership help me get a better chance of buying tickets for the big matches?The new membership points system will factor in how many matches members attend when going on sale for all fixtures, not just the big games. Therefore, if points have been accumulated through attending a high number of matches, then your chance of buying a ticket will increase as you will be placed towards the top end of the priority list.

I was a City Fox Member during the 2016/17 season, but hardly ever got the chance to buy a ticket for a match. How will the new membership give me a better chance to buy tickets?The new membership will give each member a fair chance of buying a ticket, that is determined by loyalty and attendance to matches – not by the level of membership purchased.If you are a City Fox Member and wish to come to games, then the new selling process will give you that chance to accumulate points, rewarding you for frequent attendance to matches.

How will the new membership increase my chances of buying tickets for away matches?For every away game during the 2017/18 season a small percentage of away tickets will be held aside for members. The way these tickets are sold will be through a ballot that will be run by the Club.Members will be required to apply to enter the ballot if they wish to buy a ticket, with successful supporters selected at random. Those supporters who successfully obtain a match ticket will be contacted and told to call the City Sales Centre

on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) or visit the City Fanstore during a set period, if they still wish to purchase their away match tickets.

Members will be given a deadline to purchase tickets and will lose their ticket if they do not purchase by the set time and date.

Can I apply for more than one away match ticket?Fox Members who register an interest in an away ticket, can only apply for one ticket per member. However, Fox Members can apply for away tickets in groups of up to four people.

Do you have to be a member to apply for away match tickets?To apply for an away match ticket via the ballot system, supporters must be a Fox Member. If you are applying as a group, then each member of the group must be a Fox Member in order to have their application successfully submitted.Any applications by non-members will be refused.

I am a Gold Member, how will my chances of being a Season Ticket Holder be affected by the new membership?As Gold Member during the 2016/17 season, you will still remain as first priority for any available Season Tickets for the 2017/18 season. If you cannot commit to a Season Ticket despite being given the chance, you will still hold a place high on the list for purchasing any available Season Tickets for the 2018/19 season.

How many times in a season can a concession ticket be upgraded?Concessions will only be allowed to upgrade their tickets to a different age category a maximum of four times in the season.

How will the ballot system work for the big fixtures, if I want to buy group tickets?In order to facilitate group bookings, each member of the group will have to match the points criteria which is stipulated for the group application to be successful. Any group larger than four people has the potential to significantly reduce the chance of the group sitting together, based on the limited availability of seats.

I am a new member for the 2017/18 season, at what point will I be able to purchase home tickets?As a new member, you will be able to enter the ticket ballot during the specified dates to be in with a chance of purchasing a ticket for any Premier League fixtures at King Power Stadium. All members will be given points based on how many matches they attend, the more points accrued the more likely you are to get a chance to purchase tickets prior to the ballot.

Can I select specific seats for a match via either the priority points or ballot process?It will be possible to select specific seats for individual matches, however all seats are subject to availability.

How will I know if I am successful in the ballot?Once the ballot process has been run, all applicants will be sent an email to confirm whether or not their application has been successful. Those applicants who are successful will then be required to purchase their tickets by calling the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) or by visiting the City Fanstore at King Power Stadium during an allotted time period.

If my application for tickets during the ballot is successful, when will I be charged?Fox Member’s who successfully obtain a ticket via the ballot system will be charged once they call the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) or visit the City Fanstore to purchase their ticket. The priority points obtained by successfully receiving a ticket will be added to a Fox Member’s account after the fixture.

Can I cancel my ticket if I am successful in the ballot, but am no longer able to attend?If successful in the ballot, supporters will be given a certain time frame to purchase their ticket. During this period, supporters can also withdraw their application if they are no longer able to attend the fixture they have selected.However, once purchased all match tickets are non-refundable.
