1984 Heiphar Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established in Taipei, Taiwan with mfg. of paint equipment.

1986 Entered into a technical alliance with Nippon Paint Engineering Co., Ltd., Japan’s paint mfr. giant.

1988 Company’s 2nd factory Miaoli Tougluo Factory was established.

1993 Shin Zhan Machine (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. was established in Wuxi, China with mfg. of paint equipment.

1998 Heiphar Machine Engineering Co., Ltd. established in Taipei, Taiwan with manufacturing of

automation machine and conveying equipment.

2000 Expanded Wuxi, China Factory w/spray painting & powder coating and started paint business.

2001 Established Guangzhou, China office for expansion of sales activity in southern China.

Shin Sing Metal Building Material (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in Suzhou, China with

steel sheet coil Color Coating Line for color coating business.

2004 Suzhou Ho Zhan Machine Co., Ltd. was established in Suzhou, China with mfg. of paint equip.

2005 Established Tianjin, China office for expansion of sales activity in northern China.

2008 Expanded Wuxi, China Factory with washing and pre-treatment line for paint business.

2010 Jinten Japan Co., Ltd. was established in Osaka, Japan.

2013 Established Thailand office in Ayutthaya, Thailand.
