My name is Matt Bates and I've been a full time model all over the world for 24 years. Let me tell you this is the best money you will spend before you start your career in modeling. The information here is personalised to yourself, your age, look and location, and will ensure you aren't the next victim to fall for the common model scams.
The model agencies listed for you are all genuine respected model agencies, all with real models, all getting real work from real clients...all paying real fees.
You will see their website details and telephone numbers so you just need to contact them online or by phone.
After that is a list of reputable model portfolio photographers, again with their websites, telephone numbers, and set prices. I have worked with a lot of these photographers, and have liaised with model agencies to find others that can be trusted locally and nationally. You will have an agreed price, and know exactly the number of outfits you will be shooting and how many digital images you will receive after the shoot.
For both the model agencies and portfolio photographers I have included travel distances to them from your own address, with suggested travel routes to make it easier for you.
You will then see a few examples of good poses and expressions for your age and look so practise these before the shoot. A professional model would be expected to know as many poses as possible, and be comfortable doing a variety of expressions.
Finally, there is a personalised moodboard relevant to your age and look, with clothing and styling ideas, as well as shoot location suggestions. This should give you a fantastic idea for outfits and accessories to take, all aimed at giving you the best possible chance to be signed to a top reputable model agency.

NOTES...As you can see from the moodboard there is a great selection of outfits, backgrounds and locations. Try to get as much variety as possible in your outfits...both in styles and colours.
The best way to look at it as to take as much as possible, (all ironed!) so you have many variants on the day. It is great to shoot outside as well as just in the studio....utilise the surrounding area of the studio and look for interesting backdrops, although not ones that are too distracting.
It is always advisable to get a couple of simple head shots and full length shots against a white background, vary the expressions from straight faced, 1/2 smile to big beaming and laughing smile.
Ideally avoid hair clips and bands...agencies like to see the face and hair as natural as possible, its ok to wear a hat in maybe 1 outfit for variety.
Keep poses understated...hands in pockets, just 1 hand in pocket, hand on hip, leaning on walls, walking, and maybe a fun jumping shot can work well too.
