2018 GALA SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL
Our Unique Proposition
Healing TREE directly and specifically addresses the underlying cause of many of today’s public health crises.
• Thousands of organizations exist today, most of which deal only with single issues such as domestic violence, child abuse, addiction, mental illness, sexual violence, and others.
• Research shows that these issues share an underlying cause – interpersonal trauma.
• Trauma literally reshapes the brain in ways that cannot be healed with traditional mental health and medical therapies. Trauma requires a different approach, one that rewires the brain for health.
• We believe that when society understands, addresses, and heals from interpersonal trauma, we will dramatically change our communities.
Healing TREE’s mission is to do exactly that.
