We are committed to bringing education closer to you while creating flexible study options. Our combined study mode combines online theory learning, on an interactive customised platform, with face to face practical skills workshops spread across central hub locations across Australia. These workshops will combine practical skills displays, guest speakers from industry, academic and resume writing skills and much more. They will allow you to demonstrate your skills, interact with your peers and learn from our expert Trainers and Assessors.

Why should you study on this mode?Studying your theory online, allows you to study at your own pace, and around your commitments. You will be able to start your program anytime and at your convenience, you will be guided by an expert Trainer and be supported by your dedicated Training Coordinator.

On top of the flexibility offered by online learning, you will also have access to our customised and interactive e-learning platform, where you will find all of your learning resources, including videos, creative online assessment tools and collaboration tools such as blogs, chat messaging and forums.

Once you have completed some components of your theory, you will be required to attend face to face practical workshops at a central location we call a hub.

Face to face workshops are important because they allow you to demonstrate the knowledge you have acquired through your online theory. Furthermore they give you the opportunity to meet your peers, other like-minded students and be guided

by your expert Trainer and Assessor. Face to face interaction is an essential component which will improve your learning experience.

How many workshops am I required to attend?Throughout your course, you will have a maximum of three 2-day workshops, held every 4 months. When you enrol, you will receive a calendar of face-to-face workshop days and you will be required to book in the hub of your choice and in the workshops.What happens if I can’t attend a face-to-face workshop?It is compulsory for all students to attend at least one out of the three 2-day workshops (two for students studying the Diploma of Counselling.) If you cannot attend a workshop you have booked into, you must let your Training Coordinator know as soon you are aware. Your Training Coordinator will work with you to find a solution.

What support will I recieve?You will have exceptional support from your trainer and assessor, dedicated Training Coordinator and a Placement Coordinator throughout your time with us. We are committed to the idea that knowledge creates a future and will work with you to ensure you meet your personal and career goals. We will work with you to create a personalised study plan and will be with you every step of the way.

Delivered online, this is a high level qualification for people interested in seeking a career or promotion in child protection and family intervention work.

This course covers people who work in both residential and non-residential facilities or other Government and not-for-profit Community Organizations undertaking child protection and family support work.

If you would like to start your career in the aged or disability services, this is the program for you. The Certificate III in Individual Support provides you with the skills to work in a community or residential setting.

In this capacity workers follow an individualised plan to provide person centred support to people who many require support due to ageing, disability or other reasons. This qualification includes 120 hours of work placement and equips you with the practical skills you will need in the work place.

The core units are centred on individualised support, communication, legal and ethical work practices and BCA National’s program has been customised including three electives to allow for the Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) specialisation.

Furthermore two additional electives from the disability specialisation have been included to ensure the program provides you with exposure to the skills and knowledge required in disability services.

The Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is an ideal qualification for workers in children’s services who have the responsibility of planning and managing programs around childhood services whilst observing the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations.

PAYMENT OPTIONS VET Student LoansVET Student Loans is an Australian Government loan scheme that helps eligible students pay their tuition fees for eligible Diploma courses.

Are you eligible?To be eligible, you must:• Be an Australian citizen, a New Zealand Special Category

Visa (SCV) holder who meets the long-term residency requirements, or a permanent humanitarian visa holder.

• Have not exceeded the FEE-HELP limit.• Provide your Australian Year 12 Certificate; OR evidence
