We love throwing a good bash and at Christmas time we goall out. Imagine the warmest of welcomes, the liveliest ofatmospheres and food so tasty you’ll be secretly sweepingyour finger across your plate.

Our party nights are £45 per person, including eveningentertainment.

Christmas is surely the time for some guilt-free indulgence, and what betterthan a festive afternoon tea? Imagine a river of tea (or coffee, if you prefer),savoury treats and a tower of sweet decadence. To top it off, how about aglass each of bubbles, or steaming mulled wine? It is Christmas, after all.

Sunday brunch

Our bountiful Sunday brunches have been quite a hit this year, withan array of savoury delights, a Willy Wonka-style chocolate fountaincentre stage and the obligatory spread of Sunday papers to be savouredwith bottomless tea and coffee.

During December, why not tuck into brunch with a festive twist?11.30am-3pm every Sunday... we’re expecting it to be popular,so it’d be a good idea to book ahead.

From the glistening gold wreath above our blazing log burner to thecosy hot water bottle in your room, Christmas with us is like home,but better. Christmas Eve

24th December – quite possibly the most exciting day of the year.While we’re as busy as Santa’s elves making sure everything’s just so,you can take your time settling in and exploring before tucking intoa festive afternoon tea in one of our sumptuous lounges.

Spare time before dinner? If you’re feeling energetic there’s ourwell-stocked gym for a quick workout, outdoor hot tub for a dipor even a spot of golf if you fancy sneaking in a cheeky round.Not your cup of tea? There’s plenty of comfy sofas, magazines andboard games perfect for winding down with family and friends.

Christmas Eve just isn’t Christmas Eve without a festive film, so we’llbe showing a Christmas classic that suits all ages on the multiscreenvideo wall of our Cotswolds Suite… with plenty of popcorn andhot chocolate with marshmallows, of course… onesies optional.

Then it’s time for drinks and canapés, and the chance to meet yourfellow guests before settling in for a seasonal three-course mealin our restaurant.

Bring your goodtimes and yourlaughter too Christmas Day

What better way to start the big day than with a bountiful breakfasttopped off with a glass of festive fizz? Presents pre- or post-lunch?It’s up to you, and whenever you choose we’ve got the perfect settingaround our glittering tree. Christmas definitely calls for Champagne,so you’ll enjoy a glass of Taittinger before tucking into a traditionalfestive four-course lunch in our restaurant. Don’t worry if you fancya snooze in front of the fire, we’ve got just the spot for you.

If you love the best of British, we’ll be showing the Queen’s Speech,accompanied by a generous slice of Christmas cake… home-made,of course. Somehow there always seems to be a bit of room leftfor some evening nibbles, so we’ll be serving a relaxed buffet withan array of local produce for you to savour.

Boxing Day

An easy laid-back morning with an extended brunch beforeyou decide how to spend your day. Fancy a bracing walk onthe nearby Cotswold Escarpment, a trip to the sales in RegencyCheltenham or a rejuvenating spa treatment? The choice isyours. Then it’s time to don your cocktail dress or sharpest tuxand prepare yourselves for an evening of Nice & Sloe cocktails,sumptuous dining and toe-tapping with blow-your-mindentertainment from party band, The Time Bandits.

Friday 27th December

Time to say goodbye… but be sure to squeeze ina Cotswolds breakfast before you leave.

Monday 30th December

It’s all about celebrating, so start as you mean to go on with adecadent afternoon tea and Prosecco when you arrive. Once you’vemade yourself at home, why not join us for a gin tasting withfamily-owned Chase Distillery? The experience will take youthrough their unique field to bottle process and you’ll have achance to taste some of their award-winning products. Afterwards,tuck into a locally-sourced, three-course dinner, lovingly preparedby our head chef and his talented team. A great way to warm upfor New Year’s Eve.

New Year’s Eve –Tuesday 31st December

It’s the last day of the year and we intend to make it a day toremember. Easy does it in the morning, with a leisurely breakfastbefore embarking on whatever takes your fancy. If it’s a bright,crisp winter’s morning, how about a round of golf or brisk walkthrough the stunning countryside?

Prefer to cosy up indoors? There’s plenty to enjoy, whether it’sa pampering session in the spa, time in our outdoor hot tubor barrel sauna, or a warming cup of coffee in front of the fire.

Then to the main event – we’re confident we’ll knock yoursocks off with a Champagne and canapés reception, a five-coursefeast with the pick of local produce, a fantastic live band anda breath-taking fireworks display at the stroke of midnight.

Oh, and don’t forget your finest flapper frock and pinstripe suit –this year we’ve opted for a Great Gatsby theme.

New Year’s Day –Wednesday 1st January

Feeling a little delicate? We’ve just the tonic you need –a relaxed brunch with bubbles and as much time as you canspare lounging in front of the fire before heading home.
