Nominee for Member at Large

Sheryl Traficano, MBA, CAE Describe the skills and experience you would bring to the position you seek:

My employment with NCBDE has provided with almost 20 years of experience covering all major aspects of a not for profit organization. Previous position at Dermatology Services Inc. provided experience in the business end of an association management firm, plus annual meeting planning, membership recruitement and retention, etc. I have also held roles with the Emergency Nurses Association and Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing that, though in the distant past, provided me with experience in membership and certification-related activities. Describe the specific ways you would contribute to the vision, mission, and strategic intents of ABNS I would commit time and energy as a member of the Board of Directors to promote the health of the organization, support efforts of the organization to identify the best ways to promote the value of certification to the public, support an assessment of current activities/programs to determine the return on investment and potential changes to activities to position ABNS in a way that allows for growth.
