Room 1 ½ hours prior to start of game & will include set-up & breakdown with high-grade supplies including napkins. cups & bar service equipment. A Suite Attendant will be available

throughout the game & will periodically check to make sure the beverage in your Suite is stocked. All beer, wine, soda, & water will be chilled & ready for you to enjoy when you get to

your Suite.

Please adhere to the following rules & regulations set forth by the State of Colorado, the Metropolitan Football Stadium District, & the Denver Broncos Football Club:

Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into or taken out of the stadium, including all Suite Levels.

All beverage items from the À La Carte Menu must be ordered no later than 2:00 PM on the Monday prior to a Saturday or Sunday Event/Game& 2:00 PM on the Friday prior to a Thursday or Friday Event/Game.

NOTE:When you choose to have a Personal Suite Attendant,

the additional service benefits provided to you include the complete set-up of your bar & all bar equipment

needed to serve beverages to your guests.

If you decide not to have a Personal Suite Attendant, your Suite will be stocked with all beverages, garnishes, & high quality paper products needed to serve beverages

complete satisfaction. Our menu guide is designed to

make food & beverage ordering for your Suite easy &

accurate. Your Suite Sales Representative will help you

coordinate every aspect of service for your Suite.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE ORDERS MUST BE

PLACED NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM ON THE

MONDAY PRIOR TO A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY

EVENT/GAME AND 2:00 ON THE FRIDAY PRIOR

TO A THURSDAY OR FRIDAY EVENT/GAME.

Epicurean Sports cannot guarantee the delivery of

any order placed after this deadline. All orders placed

after this deadline will be subject to a 15% surcharge.

Cancellation of orders must be made by close of

business on the Wednesday prior to all Sunday games

& Monday prior to all Thursday games. The Suite

Licensee is responsible for the payment

of all orders canceled after the times set

forth above. Epicurean Sports will always have a

management person available to handle any needs that

may arise during a game.

Please adhere to the following rules &

regulations set forth by the State of Colorado,

the Metropolitan Football Stadium District,

Stadium Management Company & the Denver

Broncos Football Club:

1. Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into or taken

out of the Stadium, including all Suite Levels.

2. The Suite Holder, his/her/its representatives,

agents or guests are responsible for monitoring &

controlling alcohol consumption within his/her/its

respective Suite.

3. State law prohibits Minors {those under the age of 21}

from consuming alcoholic beverages.

4. It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to an

obviously intoxicated person.

5. Alcoholic beverages cannot be taken outside of the

Suite area.

6. Alcohol consumption may be restricted during some

events.

REMEMBER:BE A TEAM STAR.DRINK RESPONSIBLY.DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.

S EC U R I T YEpicurean Sports, the Metropolitan Football Stadium

District, Stadium Management Company, LLC, the Denver

Broncos Football Club &/or their affiliates, agents, &

employees cannot be held responsible for any missing,

lost or damaged personal property, articles or equipment

left unattended in the Suite. Please be sure to

remove all personal property when leaving

the premises.

B E V E R AG E TO YO U R S U I T EAll cold food will be delivered to your Suite at least

one hour before the start time of a game. Hot food will

be delivered once the first guest arrives in the Suite,

unless other arrangements have been made. Our

professional staff will check on your Suite throughout

the game to ensure the quality & freshness of your

menu choices. In addition, you may order a Personal

Suite Attendant to ensure the highest level of service

available {see next page}.

MVP STAFF SERVICE S – SUITE

ATTENDANT/ BARTENDER In order for you & your guests to truly enjoy the game, we suggest ordering

a Personal Suite Attendant. Our professionally trained Personal Suite At-

tendant will set-up & breakdown your Suite, perform all bartending & food

service needs & devote his/her attention to your requests. Personal Suite

Attendant services are provided at a flat rate of $325 .00 per game.

Please note that Suite bars are self-serve unless you order

a Personal Suite Attendant.

EQUIPMENTAll menus include high-quality supplies including knives, forks, spoons,

plates, cocktail & dinner napkins & beverage cups at no extra cost to you.

All food items are presented on or in high-quality platters, bowls & chafing

dishes. Please keep supplies in their proper location to facilitate inventory

& re-stocking of the product. The Suite Holder is responsible for any miss-

ing or damaged items. Any MISSING or DAMAGED equipment or goods will

be billed to the Suite Holder after each game.

PAYMENT POLICIESAll Suite Holders must com plete and return a Master Suite

Information Form {page 23 in this packet} before Epicurean

Sports will provide food, beverage, &/or service to your

Suite. All advance food & beverage orders will be billed to your credit

card on file within 72 hours of services rendered. Day of Game orders will

be charged to your credit card on the day of the game. You will receive a

copy of your paid invoice &/or credit card receipt within 14 days following

the game.

AUTHORIZED CHARGE SIn order to safeguard the Suite Holder from unwanted/unauthorized

charges, Epicurean Sports will accept orders & charges from certain Suite

users via the following methods:

1. The Suite Holder{s} is deemed authorized upon receipt of the

completed Master Suite Information Form.

2. The Suite Holder{s} can authorize others by completing the

“Authorized Signers” portion of the Master Suite Information Form.

Epicurean Sports will deny all orders and charging privileges to anyone

in your Suite who is not listed in the “Authorized Signers” section of the

Master Suite Information Form.
