What would your life look like if everything were working?
Be creative!
What type of person do you want to be?
What brings you joy and happiness?
What would your perfect life look like to you? Feel like? Taste like?
Sound like? Who is with you?
What have you always wanted to be, do, or have, but you’ve
never started?
Who or what do you wish you had more time for in your life?
A vision board is a large poster covered in pictures of the people, places, things, and experiences that you want. Vision boards help you get really clear about your goals, and clarity is extremely important
because you can’t move forward unless you know where you want to go.
Before you create your vision board, take a few minutes to sit in a quiet spot and answer the following questions. There are no right or wrong answers. Think big—this is your life we’re talking about!

In the first column, write your beliefs about money. Some of your beliefs may come easily, but others might require further digging. A few common beliefs include “Money doesn’t grow on trees,” “You have to work hard to earn money,” and “Rich people are mean and greedy.”
Here are some probing questions to help you find your money blocks: • What did your parents say about money when you were a child?• Did you ever have to struggle to pay your bills?• Do you like people who are wealthy or do they make you feel envious and angry?
Once you’ve determined your money blocks, think about how you can edit them from negative statements to positive statements. For example, if you wrote down that one of your beliefs is that rich people are greedy, then can you think of any rich people who share their wealth with people who are less fortunate?
In the second column, write your edited statements about money. They should be positive, hopeful, abundant ways of thinking. The next time you feel stuck around money, try editing your beliefs into more optimistic statements.
