Keys to Success

OVERVIEW

Keys to Success is a series of trainings and programs over a span of four days.

The trainings focus on business development designed to help you and your

staff in the areas of sales, customer service, social media marketing,

branding, human resources, and much more. A sponsorship during this event

business professionals.

Hernando Chamber Week OVERVIEW

Leadership Hernando OVERVIEW

Leadership Hernando, the largest community leadership program in Hernando

County, creates opportunities to observe, interact and learn from public, private and

civic leaders across the county.

AUDIENCE

Twenty-five (25) participants are selected annually to complete twelve (12) all day

sessions. To date, Leadership Hernando has graduated over 550 Leaders!

Teen Leadership Hernando OVERVIEW

Teen Leadership Hernando mimics the Leadership Hernando program for eighth

graders in Hernando County. The program provides teens an opportunity to observe,

interact and learn from public, private and civic leaders across the county while

considering careers.

AUDIENCE

Twenty-five (25) students are selected from an application process annually to

complete twelve (12) all day sessions.
