Re-Opening OverviewHybrid In-Person

School Campus

• Students and staff will maintain social distancing between 3-

6 feet depending on location.

• Signage to denote social distancing expectations, hand

washing, and prevention of germ spreading.

• Plexiglass partitions are installed in front office areas. Face

coverings will be required (Mask Policy & Social Distancing)

for all staff, students, vendors and visitors.

• Schools will designate specific routes and directional

walkways to promote social distancing.

• Water bottle filling stations available; drinking fountains are

available for bottle filling ONLY. Students may not share

food items, water bottles or school supplies.

• Students are encouraged to bring personal/refillable water

bottles.

• Entry/exit points are designated to limit visitor and volunteer

access to school. All visitors must enter through the South

Campus Administration Office and complete the health

screening process. Visitors must make an appointment prior

to arrival. No same day appointments will be permitted.

• Common touch surfaces will be cleaned regularly (e.g.

countertops, door handles, restrooms, student desks,

student chairs).

compliant standards.

ClassroomsSocial distance will be maintained at a distance of at least 3 feet for “stable” groups. Stable group: a fixed membership that stays together for all courses and activities (e.g. classes, sports teams, etc.).

Smaller class sizes to accommodate social distancing.

Classroom spaces have been arranged to remove non-essential furniture, allowing for maximum space for students and staff.

Schools will limit the share of supplies between students to the extent possible and encourage students to take home personal items for daily cleaning.

Face coverings required at all times.

Passing Periods

3 foot social distancing will be enforced while outside.3

spread of COVID-19. Masks or acceptable face coverings will be required for all students, staff, and visitors at all times regardless of physical distancing unless an approved exemption applies. Every attempt will be made to ensure that the student and the student’s parents understand the importance of

wearing a mask or acceptable face covering. As part of our return to in-person instruction, schools will educate and support students and families on the

importance of health safety guidance to support, encourage, and model the behaviors we expect of all students.
