Natural and sustainable materialsWe at Grythyttan Stålmöbler have a passion for design and working in sustainable materials. The details are just as important; all the wood we use comes from sustainable forestry and we use the highest quality steel for the furniture. We have all production in Grythyttan and it is as obvious as natural, we want total control to maintain our high standard.

Maximum sustainabilityThe architect and designer Nisse Strinning, one of Sweden’s most pioneering Swedish furniture designers, designed High Tech Chair in 1984 as part of a long collaboration with Grythyttan Stålmöbler. The chairs and bases in steel are available with hot galvanized or powder-coated surface treatment. The table tops in white compact laminate resist tough wear and stress.
Under the apple treeWhy not have an early harvest festival in June? When the rhubarb is at its best? Or when the basil in the outdoor pot is ready? The little things are probably so important to celebrate sometimes. In the photos you can see parts of the Brewery series in teak. All bases are hot galvanized for maximum dura-bility to weather and wind.

HIGH TECH SERIES BREWERY SERIESThe Brewery series is perfect for both large and small parties. The wood parts are available in oiled oak, white lacquered oak or untreated teak. All wood we use comes from sustainable forestry and all bases are hot galvanized for maximum durability to weather and wind. The sofa, chair and Brewery table 110 are foldable.
High Tech offers strict comfort in hot galvanized or black frame. The table tops are in white compact laminate which is very weather resistant. The stand on the tables can be removed for easy storage. The chair is stackable and has the characteristic and guaranteed relaxing swing.

The story of Grythyttan Stålmöbler extends over three centuries and four generations. A passion for the craft, a never-ending curiosity and constant innovation have been behind every decision we have made. The products have been developed from horseshoe pro-duction at the start in 1895 to the furniture series of today. Several hours at the drawing board, nights in the smithy and discussions with leading architects and designers have resulted in an extensive product range over the years.
