(Introducons only, interviews can be conducted at a later me aſter the event) _____ YES _____NO Our Company would like to be idenfied with signage at the Expo as a company that is interested in hiring college intern(s) for Summer of 2020. _____ Emerald _____ Silver _____ Prize _____ Diamond _____ Banner _____ Hospitality _____ Planum _____ Shirt _____ Sharpie _____ Gold _____ Lanyard _____ Volunteer T-Shirt We agree to all of the following: All exhibits and materials will be in place by 9 AM, Thursday, February 6, 2020, and will remain in place unl 4 PM that day. All exhibits and materials will be removed completely from the building no later than 9 PM on Thursday, February 6, 2020. Exhibitors leaving before 4 PM Thursday without prior approval from the Chamber will be denied the opportunity to pre-register for the 2021 Expo. There will be no motors, vehicles, or equipment operang in the exhibit areas during the Expo and we will inform our exhibit workers to that effect. Vehicles displayed indoors will meet all city Fire Marshal regulaons. Vehicles and tractors will contain less than ¼ tank of fuel and baery cables for ignion systems will be disconnected. No motors eming fumes will be started indoors during the Expo. If you are bringing a vehicle, you must nofy the Chamber NO LATER THAN January 9, 2020. Exhibitors shall not injure, mar, mark, paint, or deface the exhibit area in any manner. The exhibitor is liable for any and all damages that may be caused to the building, or other property in connecon with their exhibit. Exhibitor agrees to keep exhibit area clean during the show, and will remove all debris and exhibit materials aſter the show. Exhibitors understand that their booth space will be equipped with one 8’ skirted table, 2 folding chairs per booth as well as 8’ tall back drapes and 3’ side drape in the show colors. The Presenng Sponsor has the sole privilege of modifying the drape colors. Electricity is not accessible from all booths in the Pedestrian Mall. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to bring adequate extension cords to access electricity. Exhibitors may access no more than 500 was (4 amps) per reservaon. Addional requirements should be conveyed to the decorator and will convey an addional charge payable to the decorator. The Chamber reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, which in its opinion is not in keeping with the character of the general exhibits and purpose of the show; this includes personal conduct, clothing or costumes, printed material, video or audio presentaons, souvenirs or anything that is, in the opinion of show management, undesirable, objeconable, or inappropriate. We agree to accept the assignment of the space from Chamber staff and understand that exhibitors are not per- mied to sublet any poron of their space without prior approval from the Chamber. 2020 Exhibitors will have first right of refusal of their 2019 booth if the registraon is turned in by January 9, 2020. For new exhibitors, registraon requests will be acknowledged and reviewed aſter the first right of refusal period. The Chamber reserves the right to relocate exhibitors or modify the floor plan should it be deemed necessary at any me. Booth assignments will be made within 72 hours of the event. We agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce and all of its owners, officers, affiliates and subsidiary companies and all of their owners, officers, affiliates and subsidiary companies against any and all losses, damages, expense, cost, charge, liability, claims and demands occurring to, resulng from, or connected with our exhibit, and/or demonstraon, and/or presentaons. Sponsor/Owner Companies, their officers, and all affiliates and subsidiary companies shall have no liability to an exhibitor if the sponsor(s) postpones or cancels the 2020 Business Expo because of Acts of God, accident, fires, or interrupons of whatever nature beyond the sponsor s control. Sponsor/Owner Companies, officers, and all affiliates and subsidiary companies assume no responsibility for the safe- keeping of any property used with our exhibit, and/or demonstraon, and/or presentaon, and we acknowledge that such property is solely our responsibility. We hereby warrant and represent that we will maintain a comprehensive general liability insurance policy with limits of not less than $1,000,000 (One Million Dollars) for all bodily injury and damage arising out of a single occurrence, including coverage for the indemnity and hold harmless herein. We acknowledge responsibility, ability and willingness to pay any invoices within 30 days of the date of invoice unless prior arrangements are made with Chamber staff. Cancellaons will be accepted unl January 17, 2020 with a 12% cancellaon fee. Full payment will be expected for booths cancelled aſter January 17, 2020. No-shows will be assessed the full rate and denied the opportunity to pre-register for the 2021 Expo. We agree as Exhibitor Representave, the signer of this Applicaon and Contract for Exhibit Space shall be the official representave and shall have the authority to act on behalf of the exhibitor in all maers relang to the show.
