Our unique banquet space is one of the many things we have to offer!

Whether you would prefer an intimate affair or extravagant gathering, we have

the capability for both! Allow our detail oriented, organized, and innovative

Event Coordinators help plan your perfect day!

Event Setup & Conclusion • Don’t worry about sweeping or mopping! Our staff will clean up after your event ends. • Any decorations you want to bring in are your responsibility to set up and remove. We

will provide trash bags for any items you wish to dispose of after your event. The only decorations we do not allow are glitter or confetti (or similar items). Candles may be

brought in as long as they are in a votive holder, and our staff can assist in lighting and extinguishing candles.

• We allow you into the space at 10am the day of your event to decorate. • If circumstances allow, we may allow you to leave items that are large or are hanging from

the ceiling. • You may hang things from the walls or support beams as long as it does not cause damage,

but our staff will not be available to assist you with hanging items, and you will be responsible for taking them back down.

Payments & Deposits

• Your wedding date is not confirmed until we receive both your signed contract and a 20% deposit.

• After we send your proposal, we give you a time frame to put a deposit down before we release your date for booking. We know this is a big decision and we don’t expect you to

make it in one day! We will warn you before we release your date, but please keep in mind that summer and fall dates fill up fast! If you have multiple dates in mind, we cannot

guarantee they will all be available if you wait to pick one. • Menu, guest count, and payment must be finalized by 10 days before your event. The final

count we have is the minimum you will be charged for on your final bill, and any guests added after that deadline are subject to an additional fee. You are welcome to make

payments earlier if you would prefer! • We do ask for a credit card to be on file upon booking your event. The card holder may

instruct us to make payments however they deem fit. This card may be charged in the case of a breached contract.

• If you book your wedding more than 6 months in advance, prices are subject to a 5% increase.

• Staff for your event is included in the service charge, and we will take care of scheduling staff for you!

*Gratuity is not included in your event charges, and is completely at your discretion the day of your event.
