Dear Model Railroader, Tis the Season to start shopping! Summer is just turning to Autumn, and leaves are turning orange and yellow, but Atlas is already gearing up for the red and green of Christmas season! To that end, we have collected a selection of holiday inspired model railroading items for gift giving or simply to help you set the scene under your tree! The pages within offer a selection of train sets and track starter sets, as well as scenic accessories and more for those of you who are ready to bring the world of miniature railroading around the Christmas tree. In N and HO scale, we’re offering a surprise announcement of a new paint scheme on our 5800 Plastics Ho-Ho-Hopper. The Christmas graffiti on this car mimics the graffiti found on a prototype car spotted by an Atlas customer in Pennsylvania. If you want to see your child’s face light up brighter than the star on your tree, you’re going to want Santa to bring them the Atlas Trainkids Passenger Train Set this Christmas. This battery powered set is easy to operate, fun to play with and is geared towards children aged 4 and up! (But that doesn’t mean adults can’t join in the fun as well. Don’t worry, we won’t tell.)
