Your 2020 Royals Holiday Pack purchase includes (10) game vouchers and (1) 2020 FanFest ticket.
If you wish to share your vouchers as a gift, you can forward it to a friend who can redeem the voucher/s. These are the step-by-step instructions on how to forward your
vouchers.
FanFest vouchers can be redeemed beginning January 7, 2020 and game vouchers can be redeemed in late January, 2020.
Accessing Vouchers
• To access your vouchers, you can go to www.royals.com/holidaypack and click the “Access Vouchers”
button or click here.• Log into your My Royals tickets account with your MLB.com
login. This should be the same login you used to purchase your Holiday Pack.
Accessing Vouchers
• Once logged in, you should be taken to the vouchers page where you can see all of your voucher inventory.
• You can also access this page by clicking the sandwich menu button in the top right-hand corner and then click Vouchers.
Forwarding Vouchers
After selecting the 2020 Holiday Pack your vouchers will be listed. Click the Forward button at the bottom
of the page.
After clicking “Forward”, each voucher will have a clickable button next to it. Click the check box of
which vouchers you would like to forward, then click “Continue”.

On this page, select the individual you wish to forward these vouchers to. If they do not appear on this page, click “Add Friend” at the bottom and enter the recipient's information. Once
complete, click “Create Friend.”
Forwarding Vouchers
Your new friend will now be listed on the next screen. Click their name and email address.
On the next screen, click “Forward Vouchers” to complete the forwarding process.
