Proprietary Internal Group Medicare Certification

Log-in page

Navigate to the Certification Portal by clicking on this link: https://aetnagroup.cmpsystem.com/

All users are required to create a new account and complete profile information. Click the Create a New Account button

Once you have gone through the process to create your account, you can then sign-in using your username that is given to you during registration and your password that you made. Click on the Login button. This will take you directly to the Aetna Certification homepage and you will be able to access your learning plan. The learning plan will be listed under Enrolled Courses.

Enter your Employee ID in the field above and then click SubmitImportant Note: Do not select the Proceed without button. If this is selected the system will automatically mark you as an external producer. Selecting this option will require you to take all External certification modules.

Your Employee ID number alerts the portal that you work for Aetna as an internal producer. This gets you to the right course. If your employee number is not recognized and accepted, contact Broker Services Department at 1-866-714-9301, choose option 5 and then option 1, to have your Aetna ID added to the portal.

You will be instructed to complete the Confidential Information and click the Submit button to start the registration process.

You will be prompted to update your profile.

You SHOULD NOT enter an NPN on this page – it is not applicable for Aetna internal producers.

Complete or update the remainder of the profile information. Make sure the information is correct and click the Update Profile button.

Step 2: Complete Profile Information

Step 3: Take Note - Username

You will be assigned a username. It is important that you note the assigned username because you will need it to log in next time on the portal. Once you have done this click the Continue to Home button.

You are now registered!

Proprietary Internal Group Medicare Certification

This is the Certification Landing Page. You will need to complete the 2020 Aetna Group Medicare Certification learning plan under Enrolled Courses section.

Requirements:-You need to pass each mastery test with a score of 90 or above in three attempts-You do not have to complete the Learning Plan in one sitting. You will be able to return to where you left off-You cannot skip around, you are required to take the Learning Plan in the order listed

When you complete your certification and pass, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once you complete the certification by going through each module on the list and passing all tests, your certification certificate will appear under the course list.
