2020 News & Event Weekly Email Banner Ad New for 2019, we’re offering a banner ad at the top of our highest-performing email, the weekly News & Events email update. Sent to approximately 10,000 members each week, your banner ad is sure to grab the attention of readers. Whether you want to run the same banner ad all calendar month or switch it up every week, it’s up to you on how you want to use this exclusive spot. One advertiser per calendar month. Ad must be camera ready, 650 x 200 pixels, high resolution jpg. Advertising program is open only to Partner, Corporate, and Business Builder members. Rochester Chamber retains the right to determine users of this service and approve content. Please contact for availability as dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Company will submit requested information below no later than 4 p.m. two weeks prior to the beginning of booked month of scheduled run date. If information is not received by 4 p.m. on specified day, the contract is voided and we cannot guarantee another spot during the calendar year. Terms: All payments are due upon booking to guarantee spot. No limit on how many monthly spots can be booked. Member must be in good standing of Rochester Chamber at time of booking and when the ad runs. Ad content must be related to the member company that booked it.
