Use collection points for protective gloves and masks.
Anyone entering our office will be advised to wear a mask and sanitize their hands upon entering the workspace. Where available, masks will be provided for your use.
We will be cleaning the office more. During business hours, we will have someone disinfecting high touch points in common areas including; door handles, table-tops, copiers and copy room hard surfaces and
restrooms. This will be in addition to daily disinfecting of all common areas, work surfaces, common area phones, conference room tables.

We will be social distancing which means no one will sit or stand within a minimum of 6 feet (2m) of another
person. Consider wearing a mask at all times.
Any food that is provided will be limited to wrapped foods and singleserve utensils and paper plates. All food
service/hospitality teams will be required to wear masks, and gloves when preparing.
Mail room personnel to wear face masks and gloves when handling packages/deliveries (no personal deliveries to be sent to the office).
Wait outside the restroom if the space is crowded.
Please leverage use of mobile phones, Jabber or Teams as opposed to desktop phones.
Keep desktops clear and take all personal items home. Please wipe down surfaces with provided wipes
before and after use.
Please avoid sharing headsets, keyboard, mouses and other equipment.
Discard all tissues used for coughsor sneezes in a closed receptacle.
