• You are covered ONLY by an HSA-qualified health plan

Other health coverage may disqualify you - including Medicare, Tricare, or a traditional health plan

• You do not have access to a full purpose FSA

even through a spouse

• You aren’t claimed as a dependent on anyone’s tax return

• Substantiation is documentation that an expense is qualified

• When you run your card and the transaction cannot be auto-substantiated or auto-matched to a claim

Notable Changes & Highlights

No change in Dental, Vision or Short-term/Long-term Disability Providers

Voluntary Optional Life Insurance can be changed throughout the year -not limited to an

enrollment period. NNERF employees are with Cigna Life Insurance and VRS employees are

with Securian Life Insurance. Remember to update your beneficiary information.

Fitness Center enrollment and changes will not be completed through the open enrollment

portal.(This benefit will roll over if currently elected.)

Employees who wish to enroll or make changes to existing membership tiers,

including cancellations, must visit the fitness centers directly
