IMPORTANT DETAILS All reservations and/or registrations are made through Experient, NAR’s official registration headquarters. Reservations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Hotel reservations deadline is April 13. CONFIRMATION You will receive confirmation of your hotel and registration directly from Experient by e-mail, within one week of your request. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION DIRECTLY FROM THE HOTEL. Check-in time is generally around 3:00pm, but please check with the hotel. Please note that checking out of the hotel prior to your scheduled departure date may result in penalty charges assessed by the hotel. CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE A credit card is required at the time your reservation is made. Requests received without credit card information will not be processed. Credit cards must be valid through May 2020. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking, but will be provided to the hotel to guarantee your room. The hotel may charge a one night’s room and tax as a deposit between April 22, 2020 and your arrival date. Deposits are refundable for rooms cancelled more than 72 hours before arrival.
