ON LOST/STOLEN RINGS!
REPLACEMENT RING in case of loss or theft! Herff Jones
automatically pro-vides a peace of mind program for 6 years from
the date of purchase. If your student loses or has his/her ring
stolen, Herff Jones will replace the ring one time with an exact
duplicate within 6 years. A deductible will be applied at the time
of replacement. (Deductible fee may vary due to the
rising cost of Gold.)
DEPOSITSA minimum deposit is required at time of order, you may
also pay in full. Cash, check, money order or credit cards will be

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONSChanges or cancellations on an original
order must be requested within 72 hours of your order date. All
changes or cancellations must be in writing and emailed to
[email protected]. Changes made after 72 hours require a
$100.00 remake fee in addition to any upgrade charges. All
promotional items received at time of purchase must be returned or
a $60.00 fee will be charged.

Fund Transfer (EFT) from your account , and all returned checks or
EFT’s may be re-presented electronically along with a separate EFT
