MINISTRY - Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it has been 12 months
since the team has been able to minister to those within our
Correctional Centres. Lockdowns & restrictions have meant access
is extremely difficult. Equipment hasn't been used, some of the
team have been unwell and practice hasn't been a priority, yet
there is still a huge desire to keep the Ministry going. Uplift them
as they come together to practice & seek God's will.

Administration Officer – Full time Administration Officer – Part time (3 days/week)
We are seeking two experienced Administration Officers to join our staff team. Working from the front reception area, these staff will be responsible for the provision of administrative services and support to staff, congregation members, and the wider community. Key responsibilities of the roles include the following:
Counselling Support
• Perform client intakes and book appointments over the phone.
• Create and manage client files, database entries, and Medicare records.
• Assist the Clinical Psychologist in preparing psychological assessments, reports and letters for clients.
• Process client payments.
• Liaise with medical centres and Medicare.
• Use of computer programs, including: PowerDiary, Proda, Medical Objects, Google Drive (docs, sheets), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher)
Reception and Administration
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Communicating regularly with the church congregation via email.
• Organisation and management of office supplies.
• Managing volunteer paperwork for church ministries.
• Process payments for various ministries and church attendees.
• Maintain church pastoral care database (currently UCare).
• Manage Sunday communion preparation roster.
• Place online orders (eg. Officeworks, Koorong, CP Education, Woolworths, Coles, etc).
• Coordinating and updating weekly Church News.
• Use of computer programs, including: Google Drive (docs, sheets), Google mail and calendar, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher), UCare, WordPress (website builder), LedCentre (for front LED screen), SMO (ChildSafe), Bluecard Online Portal, Survey Monkey.
Staff Support
• Assist and communicate with church ministry staff.
• Assist Religious Instruction (RI) team with letters and reports.
• Assist Venue Hire Coordinator with bookings of the facility.
Key selection criteria for the role include the following:
