Scope of Work for Camden County Cancer Plan

Complete a Needs and Capacity Assessment to Implement the State Plan at the county level

Network with individuals/agencies to identify resources/gaps

Work with Local CEED Coordinators to build a coalition to implement identified strategies

Work closely with Local Health Departments to integrate the Cancer planning process into the county level implementation of the Public Health Standards Act of February 2003.
