REASONS 1 The Claimant proved his case on 14 February 2017. ‘The Red Fort’, the original Respondent, is not a legal entity and I made an Order that he inform the tribunal of the name of the company that employed him. He has established that the restaurant is operated by Konnect G8 Ltd and I have amended the Respondent accordingly for the purpose of giving Judgment in his favour. JUDGMENT 1 The Respondent’s name is amended so as to read ‘Konnect G8 Ltd’. 2 The Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded and the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,614.85.

3 The Respondent shall further pay to the Claimant pursuant to rule 76(4) the sum of £105, being the fees incurred by him.

REASONS

1 The Claimant proved his case on 14 February 2017. ‘The Red Fort’, the original Respondent, is not a legal entity and I made an Order that he inform the tribunal of the name of the company that employed him. He has established that the restaurant is operated by Konnect G8 Ltd and I have amended the Respondent accordingly for the purpose of giving Judgment in his favour.
