Upgradation from class 'B' to class 'A' and renewal of your firm for next cylic period upto 31 Dec 2025 has been approved by Registering Authority i.e. CECC Lucknow in MES for tendering limit upto Rs 750.00 lakh (Rupees seven hundred fifty lakh only) for the following categories of works:. Electrical Engineering Works i) Low Tension Electric Works (Upto 1100 Volts). Electrical/Mechanical Engineering services () Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (b) (c) Index No. A-118 is allotted to you, which should be quoted by you in all future correspondence. Your previous Index No B-118 shall become invalid henceforth. The other details are enclosed as per Appx 'A' 8& 'B' to this letter 3. 4 Please note that any change in name/style, address & constitution and change in partners/ directors of the firm would require prior approval of the Registering Authority i.e. CECC. (a) Please note that you will be required to strictly ensure engagement of engineers and deployment of 'T&P, Machinery & Transport' as stipulated in the respective contracts. Inadequate engagement of engineers/deployment of "T&P Machinery & Transport' as per contract conditions shall be considered as serious lapse attracting banl removal/downgrading/debarment of the Firm/Company. 5. (b) Please also note that you will either obtain/have valid Electrical Licence of required class in your name or engage an agency having valid Electrical Licence of required class through proper agreement/MOU for execution of all electrical works as well as works under category (c) including its sub-categories (i) to (vii) ] and category (d)(v) to the extent Rule 29 under Part lIl of Central Electricity Authority (Measures Relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulation, 2010 is applicable forming either in full or part of the scope of work of contract awarded to you. All such Works shall be executed by you through such agency.only (either yourself or other agency) having valid Electrical Licence of required class. Such Electrical Licence shall be obtained from the concerned authority of State Government/Union Territory where the works are to be executed. Any VIolation of this condition shall be sufficient reason for taking such disciplinary action as deemed fit by the Registering Authority apart from other recourse/remedy available to the Department under the conditions of contract for such lapse. B. Please note that MES authority has the right as he may decide, not to admit e-tender in any panucular case and also to suspend, remove or black list your name from the MES approved sto Contractors in the event of submission of non-bonafide tenders or for technical or other delinquency n regard to which the decision of the appropriate MES Authority shall be final and conclusive. 9. Please note that your enlistment in class 'A' is valid upto 31 Dec 2025. 10. YOu are advised to browse the MES site www.mes.gov.in periodically to gather various information and instructions issued by the department from time to time which pertains to related issue, rules, regulations or Govt of lndia on account of contract matters, taxes, levies, labour related issues, and all other issues having bearing on tendering and bidding process as welil as execution of works, to which any bidder or contractor is
deemed to be aware of the acquainted with. No letter conveying all these informations and instructions shall be issued separately by the department.
