Valve and pressure regulatorThe pressure control unit and servo pressure regulator compensates for pressure fluctuations in the supply network. This ensures a constant volumeflowatconstantinjectorpres-sure. The servo regulator regulates the nozzle pressure at the valve outlet, dependent on the vacuum generated, towards zero.
Solenoid valvesSolenoid valve to EN 161, Class B. DC coil, protected against voltage transients.

Side cover plate with nozzleCover plate mounted on the side be-tweenvalveandbaffletoguidesupplyair and act as noise insulation. The noz-zle is mounted between the valve and the cover plate and can be replaced in the event of changes in gas families.
Description of main components Swirl plateThe integratedbaffleactsasa two-stagecascadedsignalamplifierandpermits safe operation over a modula-tion range up to 1:10. The specially de-signed, patented. Swirl plate changes flowpatternstoreduceresonances.
Blower adapterRepresents the interface to the se-lectedblowerandensuredefinedflowratiosattheinletanddesignflexibilityinthevalve/blowerarrangement.
Gas pressure switch Optional equipmentMonitors gas pressure on the inlet side for gas leakage protection. The pres-sure switch can be pre-adjusted and sealedtocustomerspecifications.
