Not so great is the added chlorine so we filter that back out. The tea you choose will dictate the water temperature and brewing time. Generally speaking the more delicate whites, greens and oolong teas require a lower temperature and brew time than the black teas and infusions. We take care of the temperature and provide you with a timer at your table so that you can pour your tea at just the right moment. Some teas can be reinfused more than once, please ask if you would like a hot water top up. All our teas and accessories are available for purchase, please ask at the counter.
