This is a world acclaimeddesign and the last standing building by the architects inLondon. It received a Grade 2* listing in 1989. Under the stewardship of Tishman Speyer, the estate isundergoing a comprehensive refurbishment, which willreposition it amongst the best office buildings of the West End, catering for both the tenants of the buildings on theestate, who will be the most discerning in all of London, as well as customers from the wider St James’s area.

The accommodation is situated at plaza level, on the groundfloor of the Tower Building. It is adjacent to the office entranceand benefits from prominent frontages to both Bury Streetand Ryder Street. It will benefit from the plaza’s new tranquilexternal seating space, which will be animated by structuredelements of tree planting and seating. The space, whichcatches the evening sun, will be transformed into a greenoasis within the predominantly hard landscape of St James’s.The space has been inspired by New York’s Paley Park andnew trees will be planted within large white planters. Upon completion of the works in Q2 2018, the accommodationwill provide a total of approximately 1,658 sq. ft on groundfloor, together with a provision for outdoor seating ofapproximately seven tables.
