Key findings It was clear that attendees were not aware of the range of

services that are being provided by different organisations Need to encourage and support young people with

entrepreneurial skills Need to recognise the value of volunteering by young people Need to inform parents & carers of school age children about

career choices Challenge businesses and support businesses to step up and

provide opportunities Need greater access to work experience, apprenticeships,

career advice We should recognise those businesses that do provide

opportunities and help young people
