30m, 50m and brace events, therefore has not made it to a final.
To establish the winner, it is a case of finding a swimmer with zero points in the finals.
The elimination starts with those who have swam more than10 races (in 30m) and
reduces down one swim until the minimum of 6 races. After which, if there is no swimmer
with zero points, the award is not presented.

GRADUATION Children are placed into swimming categories based on age and ability.
• Intermediates - 13-18 year olds
• Mini’s - 6-13 year olds and swimmers that can confidently swim 50m freestyle and complete
30m in other swimming strokes.
• Tadpoles - the youngest members of the Club to participate in swimming They can either do
half course (25m and 30m) or long course (30m and 50m). The idea is your child starts at with
the half course until they are confident to do the long course.

LIAR’S BELT The belt dates back to 1963 when the Moree Diggers Club was first established. It is
