Our PastorBrent Lenentine grew up in a small town in northern Maine, and at the age of 12 at a summer camp he trusted Christ as His Saviour. After college, Pastor Lenentine moved to Atlanta, GA to pursue a very promising computer programming career. It was here that he met his wife, Jeanie. Through her in-fluence, Pastor Lenentine got into church and started to grow in the Lord, and in 1982 he committed to answer God’s call to preach. Pastor began attending a local Bible institute and upon graduation in 1984 started serving in a local church plant. After a few years, they felt God’s call to start a church in the southwest. Following this call, they took a tripto the Albuquerque Metro area in spring of 1988. Pastor felt so clearly that this is where God wanted them that they committed to return and start a church that July. The Lord has tremendously used the ministry of this great man of God. Only eternity will tell the impact of Pastor Lenentine and the dedicated servants of Gospel Light Baptist Church. We are so thankful for a preacher that has stayed faithful and dedicated for 25 years and we greatly anticipate the future of this truly miraculous ministry.
